Mark HallMark Hall was born in 1956 to Ray & Gloria Hall and became the first of the 2nd Generation of Hall Bros. to burn-up the quarter mile!
As a child Mark loved shadowing his Dad Ray in the garage and at the track as he worked on cars and pursued the dream of racing. His earliest foray into racing was motocross which he did well into his early twenties. By his teenage years he was drag racing at the track along side his Dad and brothers. In the early 80's Mark briefly raced sprint cars and got married and began a family. The first drag car he owned was built mostly by his own hands and he raced this car into the 90's when he purchased the car he owns now, 23T Altered, from Sutherland/Leamer and upgraded and modified it. Mark met his wife Lisa at work (McClellan AFB) back in 1989, which is a sweet coincedence, as his parents also met there, back in the 1950's. Mark runs a blown, fuel injected Big Block Chevy Engine and currently races in the 7.60 NE-1(Nostalgia Eliminator) Class. |
